The usage of the steam bath frees, heals the respiratory system, increases the activity of the lungs, makes breathing easier, reduces the pain to the muscles, rheumatic complaints, detoxicates, nourishes the skin with humidity and hydrates it. The temperature of the steam bath is 40-45 °C. We make our steam bath more comfortable by aromas of various odours, light therapy and relaxing music.

 

 

It helps the body freeing from excreta, strengthens the immune system and regenerates blood vessels. The air is hot and dry where bacteria, viruses are not generated but they are killed. Temperature: 85-90°C. We increase the beneficial effects of our Finnish sauna by salt bricks from the Himalayas and relaxing music.

 

 

When using the infra cabin, sweating becomes more intense, the metabolism of the skin's pores is increased to a large extent. Infrared radiation cleans the connective tissue and frees the body from acidic excreta, therefore pains and rheumatic complaints disappear, or at least, are reduced much. Temperature: 35-50°C. The salt bricks from the Himalayas and the relaxing music increase the beneficial effects of our infrared sauna.
