Air Conditioning / Heating – Individually controllable. Air conditioning operates from spring to autumn; heating from autumn to spring.

Bedding change – Upon request, we change your bedding daily. Please inform reception.

Cancellation Policy – Reservations (except public holidays) can be cancelled free of charge until 06:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Stays already started are non-refundable.
Check-out – Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out possible on request for an extra fee.
Crib / Extra Bed – Free for children under 3; 9900 HUF / night for ages 3–12; 11.900 HUF / night for ages 12+.

Dental Clinic (Solydent) – Appointments via ext. 8101. Located opposite the hotel.

Electric car charging – Available in the parking lot. Fee: HUF 8,000.
Extra Blanket / Spare Pillow / Slippers – Provided free of charge upon request.

Fire Safety – Smoking prohibited throughout the hotel. Turn off electrical appliances before leaving. In case of fire, notify reception, warn neighbours calmly and evacuate.

Game Room – Billiards / Table Football / Darts / Card Room – Available on request. Machines operate with tokens from reception. Card room use is free.

Non-smoking hotel – Smoking inside rooms or in the building is prohibited. Smoking in bed is strictly forbidden. Violations incur a fine. Designated smoking area in the hotel courtyard.

Pet-friendly accommodation – Pets allowed in the 3-star building. Extra charge: 5.000 HUF / night.
